2009 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule 

The Board meets the first Monday of the month at the times noted in the Hempfield Sports Complex unless otherwise noted.

  Meeting times:     January - March 7pm.      
                              April – August 8:00pm  
                              September - December 7pm . 

For planning purposes our goal is to have the meetings run no longer than one hour.
